Add feature to read aloud any selected text on websites and optionally generate a spoken summary.

It would be extremely helpful if Whisper (or any related speech/assistant feature) supported reading aloud selected text on any website, blog, or online article.

The idea is that the user highlights a passage, and the system will:

1. Convert the selected text directly into speech (Text-to-Speech).

2. Optionally generate a short summary and speak the summarized version as well.
