Adding the GPT-5.1 model without reasoning

Just today, OpenAI released access to their new GPT-5.1 model via API. When it comes to price, GPT-5 and GPT-5.1 are pretty much identical.

It'd be great to add this model for transcription, and ideally give the option to use it without reasoning. I know for sure the API lets you turn reasoning on or off for this model, because the current GPT-5—which was recently added—is really awkward to use. The reasoning feature slows transcription down a lot, so it's tough to work with the new model, and I had to switch back to GPT-4.1 because of it.
