Auto-mute other programs, highlight text for AI context and auto-select mode

I am using the software for the first time, and I really like it. I am using it within customer support.

• Scenario: I am listening to music. Now, I want to speak. Would it be possible to mute all other programs (Windows) / tabs while speaking?

• Is it possible, while speaking, to highlight any text in the browser so it gets added as context to the AI?

• Is it possible to “select the mode” by speak? I want to say something like “Start with mode ‘Support German’” and continue with speaking for that mode.
