Steps to reproduce
Set Chrome browser zoom level to exactly 100%
Observe the loading/progress spinner - its center point is noticeably off-center
Expected behavior
The circular loading spinner should be properly centered regardless of browser zoom level.
Actual behavior
The spinner's center point is misaligned, but ONLY at 100% browser zoom. At other zoom levels (90%, 110%, 120%), the spinner displays correctly with proper center alignment.
