Bug report: Misaligned progress spinner

The circular loading spinner in the extension interface has a misaligned center point. While seemingly minor, this visual inconsistency becomes quite distracting when using the extension multiple times daily for transcription tasks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Chrome browser zoom level to exactly 100%

2. Observe the loading/progress spinner - its center point is noticeably off-center

Expected behavior

The circular loading spinner should be properly centered regardless of browser zoom level.

Actual behavior

The spinner's center point is misaligned, but ONLY at 100% browser zoom. At other zoom levels (90%, 110%, 120%), the spinner displays correctly with proper center alignment.

Impact on user experience

While this may seem minor, it becomes increasingly distracting when using the extension 100+ times daily for transcription tasks. During the processing wait time, users naturally focus on the spinner, making the misalignment consistently noticeable and mildly frustrating.
