Excellent tool !!! life saviour. What would be ideal would be the ability to set the tone of the transcription. Friendly, business-like, , to be able to give guidance to the AI especially in the email option.
“Friendly Reply” → “Casual, warm, human sounding.”
“Technical Support” → “Clear technical explanations with short paragraphs.”
You do not have to use the predefined modes at all
After creating a mode, go to:
Settings → Shortcuts
You’ll see a new shortcut input automatically appear for that custom mode.
Just assign any shortcut you want.
Then whenever you press that shortcut and dictate, Blabby will automatically use that custom mode and generate the output exactly in the style/instructions you configured.

Everything you described is already customizable.
Go to: Settings → Modes
There you can:
create your own custom mode
give the AI instructions on how to write
choose the tone/style
assign a keyboard shortcut to that mode
For example, you could create:
“Business Email” → “Write professionally, concise, polite, business-like tone.”
“Friendly Reply” → “Casual, warm, human sounding.”
“Technical Support” → “Clear technical explanations with short paragraphs.”
