modify tool bar appearance a little more
I love this extension!
I love the dot appearance!
Wish we could combine dot appearance and define, what should be visible when extended. Personally I almost never switch input language and only want to switch the custom modes very often. At the moment I have to remember the shortcuts.
I would love to be able to use “dot” appearance and also be able to change whats visible in the “extended” tool bar!

Hey Gregor, thanks so much for the kind words and for taking the time to show me your idea.
Are you using Windows by any chance? If you’re on Windows, we do have a Windows app, and it’s great. It has Quick Settings, which I think will solve most of the issues you’re having right now, especially the toolbar problems.
So from what I understand, you don’t remember the shortcuts, so you need the bigger toolbar to quickly click the mode you want, or just hover over it to see the shortcuts.
In the Windows app, with Quick Settings, you just press one shortcut and you can see all the modes and settings in one place.
I use it myself sometimes when I don’t remember the shortcut for that mode.

I haven't tried the Windows app yet. I'm still a bit skeptical because I have little information about your company, and I'm not sure if I should install it on a company laptop😅 thats why I love the browser extension 😁 Sorry, I don't mean to be rude. But is there any proof or certification or something that demonstrates credibility?
Your website looks great and trustworthy, and I have a very positive impression of you. However, I am generally skeptical about such things at first 😅

Well, it’s super normal, I fully understand. Even though we have a code signing certificate and a privacy policy, it still doesn’t really tell you much, because a polished UI doesn’t really guarantee trust.
I’m just a dev focused on building useful tools I'm not even gonna try to convince you 😊.
