The option to disable the extension on specific websites isn’t working.

I’m trying to turn off the extension on sites where I don’t need it, so I’m not wasting my computer’s resources—especially since I have to open tons of tabs, like with Google Sheets. But for some reason, the extension just won’t deactivate on Google Sheets. No idea why.

As you can see in the screenshot, the toggle is set to “off,” but that extension bar is still active in Google Sheets.

    When’s the update supposed to drop?

    Right now, it’s basically impossible to work in the browser—once I open like 11 tabs, a bunch of sites just refuse to load, and I keep having to turn the extension off all the time.

      Hey Web,

      Right now, we’re actually rewriting the entire extension from scratch using different technologies. The goal is to make it significantly more performant and much nicer to use overall.

      In the meantime, Chrome has built‑in options that let you control when the extension is active. You can set it to “When you click the extension” so it only runs when you manually activate it, this way, it won’t affect performance when you’re working with multiple tabs like Google Sheets.
