two writtings
When I speak, it writes what I said twice instead of once, It only happens to me when I use the GPT-4O and GPT-4O Mini models. When I use Whisper, it doesn’t happen. But since Whisper doesn’t translate very well, I prefer to use the other models

Looks like it doesn't happen anymore. I believe OpenAI fixed it.

I am having a similar problem since the updates. It's happening in my Chrome plugin. It's putting in the text twice and interestingly sometimes it's inserting it at the beginning of the sentence and then inserting it where it should at the end of the sentence and sometimes in the middle. I am just using original whisper model

GPT models are hosted by OpenAI and aren't open source, and it looks like OpenAI has an issue right now with these models. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it.
One thing you could do is create a mode to remove duplication as a quick and dirty solution until this issue gets fixed. The meta model is probably the fastest option, so I recommend using that.
