Unable to log in with a second Chrome profile

I have two Chrome profiles - one for work and the other for personal use.

My person profile works fine and shows my sub:

When I use my work profile, it seems to be already authenticated with my personal account (maybe the extension shares data across profiles?)

However, although the email matches, it shows me as having 0 credits and hence I can’t transcribe:
